The printing industry in Nigeria just like the other industries is quite an enterprising one over the years it has continued to enjoy favovrable government gestures politics and stands to receive more judging from the trend of government emphasis in the development of the industry for example the opening of the Oku- Iboku new sprint manufacturing plant in cross River state however as business continues to grow so does the industry need to be reviewing its communication system to meet the challenge posed by the growth? Therefore the industry embark on involving the staff in the communication process to be aware of activities in the industry and to continue to follow the trends of evant of the company.
It is expected that with the involvement of the staff in the communication process the communication process in the organization becomes more effective hence management ability enhanced.
The researcher therefore wanted to find out if such efficient communications do exist in the star printing publishing company limited.
For the purpose of this study the researches made use of both library research personal interview and the survey approach and found out that there was encouragement of direct contact between top management and employees that can detect a problem in the organization that the communication feed back mechanism existing in the organization needs a little re-organization and that there is a difference in the way communication is disseminated in the organization.

They realize the important role of communication play in any business set up in order to propagate this role workers of different position in the company have been sent on course both in service and long term overseas training in order to achieve improved performance it is disheartening therefore to finds out that after all these efforts the communication system in the organizaiton continued to deteriorate. In the words of EB flipo et ab commumcation serves as a lubricant that faster the smooth operation of the management process. In contrast to what is obtained these days in business organizaiton, which is characterized, by management directive and authoritarian behaviour of management.
Adequate communication system ensures flexibility and offers the management and subordinate the opportunity not only to identify problems but also to co-operate in designing solution to them. The cause of communication problem in the company could be attributed to the fact that individual differs.
This is problem that a company inherits because they are common to the society individual are born with different potentialities they also must have had different experience during their childhood youths and as adult they have had employers an supervisor who have exerted a variety of influence upon than problem arising from the company psychological climate which tends to obstruct communication. One organization may be permissive in that employees allowed expressing them selves freely and encouraging participating in way of the important activities. Mechanical inefficiency could also be the cause of the problem in the company. Inadequate communication process in the company has led to great financial loss vita information requiring immediate crucial decision often arrive late that a great loss has been incurred before the information is received. Delay in communication procedures have endangered management effectiveness unfortunately where this is the case the result has been that rumours arise and often- inadequate communication general misunderstanding and possible low employee moral such has been the problem of the forementioned company.
There is misunderstanding between management and different department in the company showing ineffective and uncoordinated communication system must often workers felt that their right such as lawful participation in the communication process as well as in the decision making process are neglected the result has been wrong speculations and this has led to confusion and lack of confidence unhealthy rumours and even conflict between management and workers.
1.3 OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
This study is to investigate the improtant of communication system as effective tools in the management of star printing and publishing company limited Enugu has the following arms or objectives.
1. To point the importance of communication in the management of any organization.
2. To reveal the problem of inadequate distortion of information in the company.
3. To map out or design the solution to the problems of lack of communication gadget in the company
4. To reveal the problem of having unqualified staff at strategic points in different department in the printing company.
5. To reveal the misunderstanding between management and different department due to infective and uncoordinated communication system in the printing company limited.

This study be great help to the management of star printing and publishing company limited Enugu and the business world in general. It will also be of great benefit to the management of government owned organization or companies because effective communication helps in reaching government service to the public and profit orientation. The cause and reason of communication problem in business organizaiton and from the knowledge of the factors responsible to take necessary actions and device of good communication mechanism in their business organization.
This study will also at as a guide to the policy in the restructuring of the communication system in their various organizaiton. The lectures who are educating student in business studies will also benefit from this study since it will expose them to other area of communication.
The following colleagues of the researcher will also benefit from the study since it will expand their knowledge and scope of their understanding of communication. The study will in no small way enhance the knowledge of communication as it affects the business world.
1.6 SCOPE OF THE STUDY/LIMITAITON
This study has been limited to only star printing and publishing company limited Enugu. Means while this study has been limited due to the following
a. FINANCE: This is one of the factors that contributed to the sample size used because of inadequate cash to support the sample size
b. TIME: This also constitutes to the limitation of the study because of short times allowance and also the shortness of the semester
c. The use questionnaire also contributed to the limitation of the study because it is method or technique use in data collection and there was wastage of time use in data collection
d. Distribution of questionnaire also contributed immensely to the limitation of study due to bulk of source out time wasted in terms of collection
